AIMS Sports Recovery

Oscar is amazing! I call him my miracle worker. I have bad hip pain due to having bursitis which limits my mobility to sometimes walk, exercise or sit for long periods of time. A one hour session with Oscar and I feel great. I can walk, workout and do everyday activities. The cupping, scraping and deep tissue work is well worth the pain (haha). I highly recommend seeing Oscar for any aches, pains or issues your body has. He will help!

I started going to Rodrigo this past summer and my body’s recovery has never been better. Within my first session Rodrigo was thorough with the consultation in understanding my needs as well as explaining his plan of action. I continued to go with Rodrigo bi-weekly and he was able to help me feel 100% going into my senior year college softball season. From cupping to scrapping to deep tissue work, each session is specifically tailor to my different needs depending on how my body is feeling that week. I even book in advance for my breaks to insure I get in with him knowing he’ll continue to make my recovery process smoother. I cannot say enough good things about AIMS Sports Recovery and will continue to rebook and recommend them to friends and family!

I’ve been going to AIMS Sports Recovery here in Sacramento since the beginning of the year, working with Oscar, and it’s been a game-changer. He’s helped me with physical therapy, body adjustments, and mobility work, and the difference has been incredible. I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for months and put off going go see Oscar but when I finally did, I couldn’t believe how much better I felt when I walked out. Oscar is super knowledgeable and will have you walk through what you’re experiencing and his recommendation moving forward. He’s super respectful and genuinely cares about you and getting you back to feeling your best. I am super particular where I spend money these days but couldn’t imagine not having AIMS are part of my self-care routing. Really couldn’t recommend AIMS more!
