Supercuts

Experienced microaggressive and dismissive behavior from the receptionist at the front desk. When I entered the salon, I greeted the receptionist, who clearly saw me walk in. Instead of returning the greeting or acknowledging me, she paused and asked me, without courtesy, to fully close the door behind me. After I did so, I stood at the desk for several seconds without any engagement and eventually had to seat myself. What stood out was the contrast in behavior. I observed her interacting with other customers in a noticeably warmer, more welcoming, and polite manner. The differential treatment was clear and consistent, and taken together reflected microaggressive behavior and a lack of professional consistency in a customer-facing role.

Beware: online booking does not work, though nowhere on the website tells you this. I came over because the website said there was no queue, only to find 5 people in line. Supercuts absolutely needs to fix this, or at least make it clear on the website that the queue information is incorrect, only on the physical door of the location was this made clear

Ok to be fair you know what you are getting into when you walk into a Supercuts. If you have textured/curly/wavy hair these queens will probably not know what to do with you 💔 very nice though.

I have been coming here for many years. I love them. Always helps me to get the best haircut. Great staff.

Showed picture and they completely destroyed my hair by cutting way too short and not layering at all never coming back again. Extremely low effort didn’t listen to anything I said.
