Supercuts

Horrendous. Over charged. Walk out with a wet, greasy head. $210 for this after asking for a root blend since daughter’s regular stylist was out. Thought we could do 10-15 foils to touch up roots while waiting. Instead we got blonde skunk hair. Absolutely appalled and furious my teenager was taken advantage of and her hair was ruined by someone who clearly has no idea how to highlight. Don’t advertise the service for $150 that you a)aren’t skilled enough to do b)then proceed to charge an additional $70 after bad work! Own your mistakes. Apologize to a CHILD who’s embarrassed and angry. And fix it! My husband picked up our daughter in tears and I wasn’t there to defend her and he was caught off guard and I’m so frustrated this happened to her but I should’ve freaking known better. But the p

This was a fast and messy haircut. When I asked for her to blend the fades in so they weren’t so obvious, she giggled and said she already did. I requested to start at ear with 0 and to layer up to 2 guard at top.

Went in for a very quick touch up of my already established undercut and was told “you might have a few wispies that fall out when you take your ponytail down that’s just what happens”. This is WAY more than a few wispies, it’s a whole chunk of hair!! And then was charged $25 for less than 5 minutes of work.

I love the service I got at Super Cuts, the stylist did a great job. I got a color, blow dry and eyebrow wax. The only thing I was not happy with was the price. I work a full time job and I just can't see how people afford to get their hair done these days. I didn't even get my hair trimmed or cut just a color, blow dry and eyebrow wax without a tip it was $142.00, I gave her a twenty dollar tip which wasn't enough but all that I could, which brought it up to a grand total of $ 164.00. I just don't know how the average person can afford to get their hair done at all. The worst part is you have to keep going back for touch ups as it grows out about every 4 weeks. I guess I should have taken cosmetology!

My stylist, Myah, was an absolute delight. Not only did I get a great haircut, I had fun. She helped me with the right style, the right length and listened to what I wanted. Best of all, when I got home, my husband really liked it. I think that was the first time in years!
