Na nails spa

Do not waste your time going here. I made a 1 pm appointment and left and almost 4 pm and didn’t even get what I wanted. She never once expressed that she doesn’t know how to do the design I asked for and this was the result. I have attached pictures of what I wanted and what I got. Still charged me full price and tried to charge me $5 extra because I had broken nails. Very disappointed in this set. I really wanted to live this place because it’s a few blocks from home but will never be back

I brought my daughter and her friends to Na Nails for manicures - as a birthday experience. They honored the reservation and pre discussed price. I was pleasantly surprised that there enough manicurist for all the girls to go at the same time. They were so kind to the girls- did extras: lolipops for the girls, little flowers on my daughter’s nails and they also gave me a little cuticle oil bottle for the birthday girl. They even played a happy birthday song to celebrate her! It was a great experience!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Na herself for a few months now and I cannot recommend her and the nail salon more. She is professional, prompt, on time, and approachable. I’ve gone to many nail salons where you feel intimidated to ask for something different or get a nail design because you are just a number there. Na makes you feel heard and like a true customer. You pay for exactly that service that you receive. The nail salon and clean and organized. All the other employees there are super friendly and warm.

The review is for “NA NAIL SPA” not anyone previous to June.. itI recently went to a nail salon for the first time with my sister. She's been a regular customer there for a couple of years. I ended up spending around $65 for a manicure with a design (I have naturally long nails, so it might cost more for others). I think the quality of service justifies the price. If I lived closer, it would definitely be my go-to place. The staff was really friendly, even though we hadn't made an appointment. And I absolutely love how my nails turned out! My sister got her nails done there too, and she's happy with them as well.
