Booked a same day appointment for deep tissue massage after having some low back/muscular discomfort. I had an amazing experience. Bonnie, you have the hands of an angel. I left there feeling fantastic and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Bonnie. The environment was also conducive for relaxation. Will be back again

I’ve been going to Nick at the Niskayuana location for a few months now and he is seriously the best!! He finds and relieves tension I didn’t even know was there. His massages are not only relaxing but very effective. I have a lot of chronic pain everywhere in my body and my work is pretty physically intensive for me making it worse. Going to him regularly helps make it all way more manageable and bearable. He is incredibly skilled, attentive, and intuitive. Had to leave a review because I have struggled for so long to find a great local massage therapist like this so if I can help others find someone’s as great as him I would love to! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is! I called on a Wednesday suffering from muscle tension in my neck and shoulders. I spoke with the nicest receptionist who was able to get me in the next day. The therapist I saw Lisa Olsen is amazing! She was so kind and understanding (I was in a lot of pain at the time) . I felt amazing after my appointment and came back the following week. I definitely will keep coming back. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well. Wonderful place!

This is the best massage experience I have ever had. I truly feel like my body is being cared for and helped by this. It's not just about relaxation, but rejuvenation.
