I had a fantastic massage. Gretchen was able to address long-standing stress areas in my body in a caring and skillful way. She is truly a master of her art.

Her style is informed by her skills and intuition as she is able to deeply attune to the energy and needs of the body. She will make you feel so comfortable and supported while she works her magic in a way that is totally transformative and unique to her. No doubt you will feel so lucky to share space and time with her. She is the best of the best for sure!

Best body work ever!!!! Directions to Gretchen’s studio were easy to understand and the space was very cozy and welcoming. She made me feel super comfortable from the beginning and guided me through the entire process, which helped me understand what she was doing a little better. Huge bonus points for having a heated table, warm bolsters and a nice thick blanket. There’s nothing worse than being cold during body work. I felt very warm and cozy and not exposed at all. I even dozed off a few times lol. She was very good about varying her pressure so the work didn’t ever feel repetitive. My body feels so good and loose. I will definitely be booking more sessions with Gretchen and can’t wait for the next time. Thank you!!
