Christina was great. Regrettably, the other stylist was not. I frequently go here. For the first time I made an appointment. I arrived 5 mins before my 3pm appointment. At 10 minutes after my appointment, I asked when I would go when others were going ahead of me. One younger male stylist, not Christina, promptly told me that I did not have an appointment. He abruptly told me that I had a reservation, not ann appointment and it’s first come first served. The corporate team needs to change their approach to the online booking process as they set false expectations with their texting and booking process. I never received any updates on how crowded it was or that I would have the 20 minute wait time that I did. And they need to train their stylists how to handle these situations better, bu

This was the first time I had been to Super Cuts. I had a wonderful experience. My stylists name was Christina. She did a fantastic job. I was very happy with the services she gave me. My hair looked beautiful! She was professional but also friendly and fun. I will definitely be going back to see Christina.

Very odd experience. I was turned away because their stylist who works with women's hair was out. Fair! The guy at the counter kept calling it "female", though. "Our stylist who does females is out" "I can't cut female", etc. Made me feel like a wildlife specimen being sexed. Three stars because he did send me to the Supercuts at the Giant instead, which was lovely.

Jay (Jaqueline) is awesome! Always does a great job for me. I usually see her at the Lincoln Court location, but when I heard she was working here today I made sure to come see her. She’s never failed me yet! Sweetest sugar always nice to talk to and cuts my hair just the way I want it. Couldn’t ask for more!
