Freedom Massage, Malvern

I recently visited Freedom Massage for a 75-minute session with Briana, and it was fantastic. This was a gift from my wife, and since it had been almost 20 years since my last massage, I went in with an open mind. Briana’s technique is incredible, she started with a 'dry start' using friction for heat and pressure, which was a great way to wake up the muscles. Every move throughout the session felt solid and intentional. Time flew by, and I was shocked when it was over. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I’m so grateful for the gift and will definitely be returning!

Been going here for over 10 years and all the therapists are great! Very personalized and specialized treatment based upon your needs. Clean and well maintained rooms. Easy to schedule online with text reminders, as needed. Wonderful business! Shout out to Molly, who did amazing work on an area of injury to reduce pain and swelling for me.

For someone who has chronic neck, back and shoulder pain, I've been to many massage places over the years. From the moment I walked in this place was different. My therapist Kristie met me at the door and escorted me up to the massage room but gave a tour along the way. Before the session she asked many questions to ensure the proper area was focused on, and also went over the pre session questionnaire I filled out. Throughout the session she made sure that the pressure was satisfactory and ultimately couldn't have asked for more from her. She was pleasant, and her massage skills were top notch. Great experience at Freedom. Came out very refreshed and relaxed. Location was very non-chalant and non-flashy, which was perfect for me. Rooms were private and quiet. The room was warmed beautifully, and the massage table was also pre-warmed as well. Freedom did its job in putting the client’s needs and pain to the forefront. As a first-time goer to a massage spa, I did not feel pushed to do anything that made me feel uncomfortable. Briana was great; very thoughtful, thorough, and bespoke for the “Freedom massage”! This site was such a hidden gem, and am glad that I found it! I look forward to another session at Freedom Massage!
