Adam and Jeff does amazing work here! I am a professional USA track and field athlete (800m) and they helped me stay on the right track with my body and health. I had a couple injuries that they helped me get through and the healing process ended up being way faster than I expected. Always feeling great after I come for regular treatment and not to mention the adjustments are on point. I highly recommend going here for rehab, muscle treatment, mobility, and chiropractic care! Always have me feeling great when I leave.

I’d like to begin by saying I do not typically leave reviews but I think MOVE is very much worth the praise. I broke my ankle at the end of January, in a freak accident at the gym. Although not a bad break, it was devastating as a long distance runner. 6 weeks out of commission. I was introduced to Jeff at MOVE and began PT end of March. I told him my very lofty goal of running the Board Street the 1st weekend in May. Jeff individualized my PT plan as it related to my weekly progress to reach my specific health and running goals. He incorporated deep tissue massage work, strength, balance and runner specific exercises to meet my needs. I cannot say enough about Dr. Adam and Jeff at Move! They’re truly miracle workers. I’ve had chronic neck and back pain for 4+ years and have been to at least 7 doctors for help (orthopedic, chiropractic, PT, you name it). These guys have been the only ones to provide me with relief. Dr. Adam has spent so much time with me trying to learn more about my issues, coming up with alternative solutions, doing research, and trying new methods. The Move Clinic is the way to go! Jeff is very professional and has me moving better than when I came in. I’ve visited multiple times for various issues and Jeff works them out through a combination of deep massage, cupping, etc…he also gives detailed instructions for strengthening and stretching the affected area. Highly recommended.
