beem® Light Sauna - Malvern

Such a great experience at Beem Light Sauna! I did both red light therapy and a sauna. The attention to detail is incredible… perfectly clean equipment, iPads in every room, and even wonderful mint towels after every session. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help out and answer questions.

It was my first time at Beem and trying light therapy dry sauna. I didn’t know what to expect and was so pleasantly surprised! From the warm welcome from Nicole at the front desk, to the individual space! it was so relaxing after work, while I didn’t use it I loved the ability to use the ipad and read or watch a show. the music was very relaxing, the heat was perfect, not unbearable at all as i’ve experienced with steam sauna. the cold mint towel at the end is the icing on the cake! I can’t wait to try the red light 15 min session next. I left so relaxed, my body / joints fell great. my skin looked different when i came home. What a gem in the heart of Malvern!! highly recommended!

I am truly in awe of this new studio! It was by far the best sauna experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff warmly welcomed me and gave me a thorough tour of the beautiful, serene space. The sauna itself was the perfect temperature, and the entire environment was incredibly cozy and inviting, making it the ideal place to unwind. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout my session. I also loved the added personal touches, like being able to adjust the lighting with different color options and listening to music through the Bluetooth speaker. Everything about this place promotes relaxation and well-being. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I’ll definitely be spending a lot of time here in the future. SO relaxing. Very clean and calming environment. The front desk was super welcoming and knowledgeable about the services. I had my own personal room for red light and sauna and felt rejuvenated after… and the mint towel was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend and definitely going back :)

The beem facilities are top notch - everything is thoughtfully laid out from friendly staff greeting you in the lobby to the mint cooling towels after your service and luxurious rain showers. The infrared saunas and red light therapy are very relaxing and clean. I love that they have ipads with logged in streaming services in the saunas!
