I made an appointment today 02/20/26 For 10:50 AM. When I got to my appointment, Brenda told me the computer system triple booked for that time. Brenda was a rockstar… She let everybody know this situation and ask That we be patient. She was able to get me in and the other two people waiting while being very professional.!!! Thank you, Brenda!!

I booked online for a 1 o'clock appointment to get it washed, cut and blow out. I got in 10 minutes before my appointment and Kellie was able to get me in early. The wash and cut went well, she cut more off the bottom then I wanted but whatever. She goes to blow dry my hair and tells me that it would be $65 dollars. I stopped her and told her that when I booked I booked it for $44 she told me because of the length of my hair and density she had to charge more. I shopped her the website where it says that a wash, cut and blowout should be 50 MAX. I told her I'm not paying her more than $50 per the website. She then goes to say that her MANAGER booked my appointment under $65.00. Which is that's true OMG, talk about a SCAM. Charging client more than what's on the website shouldn't be allowed

I booked 2 appointments for my sons and the first one was overlooked and they took the 2nd appointment first which was rude. It was like a pick and choose situation which is wrong for a business. One of the appointments I booked I purposely chosen the appointment with a shampoo and it was never done or even asked. It was obvious they didn't even look at the online information. Why even make it an option for a service if you are going to ignore it and do what you want to rush customers in and out (I think it took longer to go through a McDonalds drive thru then it was for the haircut actual time). I thought the haircut for my son the front of his hairline was horrible and was rushed he showed a picture of what style he'd like and it was definitely not done. for a 14 year old he would
