I have given them the benefit of the doubt for far too long, done coming back for second chances. Nail techs rush and show no attention to detail. Touching garbage can in between steps of my pedicure, missing the whole outer edge of my nail. I got my nails done tonight and you would think I need a fill. Too expensive to leave unhappy every time. This will have been my last attempt at this salon. UPDATE not even 1 week after my service I’ve completely lost 3 nails. This was a gel manicure.

I’ve been going to Camille and Jason for over 15 years. My mom and I have followed them to every nail salon they have worked at since moving here. There is no one else I trust with my fingers and toes ☺️ Jason has always helped me get through various injuries from my job and breaking nails. I always have an amazing experience here. I love coming to see Camille for my manicures. She always takes her time and make sure my nails look perfect after every session. I always appreciate her attention to detail. My nails always last the full three weeks between nail sessions. Couldn’t recommend enough to come to this nail salon the best in the upstate area.

I have been a regular customer at this nail salon for many years. On average, I get a pedicure and manicure every six weeks, give or take depending on the season. I do not see anyone regularly, as everyone I have had does a good job. There are some better than others, yet overall I had never been disappointed. Yet, recently one of the gentlemen who was giving me a manicure made me bleed, not once, not twice, yet three times due to how aggressive he was filing my nails. Even the woman next to me looked over in astonishment that he not once apologized or even acknowledge what he had done. I was in some pain when I left. My skin was literally shaved off in one spot. As stated, overall the salon does a good job. Yet, this was unacceptable.

I’ve gotten my nails done here 3 times. I’ve gotten Gel X and ANC. It’s a very clean and professional environment. My nails always turn out amazing. I’ve gotten a pedicure too which was good as well. Prices seem very fair, and during the holidays they give you complementary lotion.
