Hawaiian Holiday Tanning & Wellness Spa

This place does not give detail about the plans they offer for their beds. Little did I know paying 20$ for the rest of the month won’t let me cancel until I go through ANOTHER billing cycle at 80$ a MONTH!!! I was told I needed to go through the billing cycle to cancel. Not the rest of the month- AND MARCH!! Will not be returning and have put in a note to corporate in regards.

Kate is knowledgeable and so kind! I like to come when she is working to get a personalized and fun experience. They have great beds the salon is always clean and I get incredible customer service! You won’t find another tanning salon around here that has this kind of customer service the manager Kate and the other sales associates give! 10/10

Beds are high quality, everything is kept clean, staff is very friendly. Their computer system is not flexible so if there's any issue or Internet problem, you just can't use anything. They were about five occasions in a two-month period this happened and I was told a credit was added to my account each time, but when I went back to use these credits they did not exist and I didn't bother arguing about it.

Never been in a tanning salon before, and was genuinely amazed at the cleanliness of the store. Kate, Erin, Victoria and Larissa were absolutely amazing and were extremely knowledgeable. They answered ALL of my questions no matter how mundane, and made me feel extremely welcome. Definitely will be signing up for a Diamond Tier membership on my next visit. If you ever need a tan or products, ANY one of these wonderful ladies can be your girl to ask!

Had an amazing experience at Hawaiian Holiday Tanning & Wellness Spa thanks to Kate! She was friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable, making me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend! I got SO dark right away - the bulbs are always new and well worth my $ spent!
