I had an amazing experience at this salon. The atmosphere is high-end, spotless, and very professional everything about the space makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. My hair stylist was Hunter, who is truly exceptional at what he does. He works with so much passion and attention to detail, and the results always speak for themselves. Beyond his skill, he is also incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, which makes every appointment enjoyable. Highly recommend both the salon and Hunter for anyone looking for top-quality service and a great experience!

I absolutely LOVE this salon and leave so happy every time, whether I’m going for a spray tan, hair, or makeup. I worked with Sabrina to get a spray tan for my sister’s wedding, and she was absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and had me try two different custom color blends before the big day to make sure I was happy with my results - and to say I loved it was an understatement. I got so many compliments on my tan and I felt so confident and beautiful!! Kass has been my hairdresser for years now and I refuse to let anyone else touch it. She has taken the time to learn exactly what I like and makes amazing recommendations on what styles/colors to try. I trust her with my life not to be dramatic. She takes such great care of me and all of her other clients!

From the very first test run for my bridal shower, she made me feel comfortable and confident. For my wedding, she gave me the most natural, flawless tan I’ve ever had. I received countless compliments on how glowy and radiant I looked, and it truly made me feel amazing on my big day. The studio itself is stunning—clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, which makes the whole experience even better. We stopped in here to have my daughter's hair cut and we saw Martha. Martha was fantastic with my daughter and gave her a great haircut while making sure she was comfortable the whole time. We met the owner quickly who was also very nice. We'll be back for sure.

After spending 3 years trying to find a stylist with no luck, I randomly searched hair salons in guilderland. Level Up Studios came up and had great reviews so I gave it a try. I had Hunter who was very pleasant and made me feel welcomed. I have fine, frizzy, curly hair. Hunter took his time analyzing it and asking me questions. You could tell that he's very passionate about what he does. My cut was perfect! I wear hearing aids and I can't really hear once they are out. Most stylists just dismiss me, never try to communicate with me while my aids are out. Hunter made me feel so comfortable! Can't say enough great things! I so happy to have found my stylist!
