Super Top Cuts - Walk Ins Welcomed

My family of 3 and I always get our haircuts here. (Wife and 2 boys) We enjoy the staff, they are friendly and do a great job. Men get a hair wash with a haircut. Call ahead for an appointment if you have a certain hairdresser you want to book with. It can get busy on Friday evenings and Saturday mid-day. Other than that, it's worth the wait. FYI. Men - be sure you do not have hair gel. If you do you'll have to wash it out before the haircut.

I walked in, waited for only about 5 to 10 minutes, there was 1 gentleman ahead of me. After he paid, the barber walked me to her chair. I sat down and she took about 10 minutes to cut my hair. Since it was a simple military fade, it was only $17.00.

We arrived before 7PM, staff was cleaning and saying they want to go home. Totally understand but the times need to be changed to avoid unnecessary trips. Hours say 7:30PM and I don’t believe this is accurate. We will not be returning.

On 2 occasions, I've called to schedule an appointment yet. They voiced that they, stand firm, on their "walk in's only" policy. On 10 occasions, I have witnessed customers arriving after me and getting seen before me despite my name being next on the list. Today it happened again.
