I don’t know why I continue to give this place the benefit of the doubt. It’s like a hit or miss, sometimes SUMI takes her time and does a great job and other times rushes and honestly does horrible. Today, I made an appointment for 11:30 AM. I walk in, she’s on her phone tells me to have a seat on the chair and steps away to heat up her food and eat for 7-8 minutes and does not decide to come until another customer walks in. She then proceeds to leave my eyebrows extremely thin when I clearly asked her to just CLEAN them and leave them THICK. My right eyebrow is completely off from my left one it looks like she took too much hair from the end I barely have any left now and she didn’t even clean the top all the way because if she would have she would’ve just took my whole eyebrow off from

Did my hair root touch up and eyebrows threading … she was fast and efficient.. would definitely visit again

Never coming here again. She was very rough with eyebrows. No one was beside me but she was threading so fast that it hurt and there are wounds.

This place is great for threading! I love Sumi— she’s amazing.

I strongly DO NOT recommend this place for the following reasons: 1. Not Hygienic 2. Beautician not well trained, and are in crazy hurry, the owner herself did my waxing and she burnt my under arm so bad that It left a big red burn rash for a week and a permanent darker skin tone mark. 3. Even after telling her I just want to remove unwanted hair from around the eyebrows she completely changed it and I blooded because she was very harsh while doing my eyebrows. I would never every go to this place I wish I could take an action against the harm done to my skin.
