I had an amazing massage with Hadi, and the difference was noticeable immediately. My range of motion improved so much that I felt looser, lighter, and more connected to my body. Areas that normally feel tight and restricted were finally able to move freely without discomfort. What really stood out was that the benefits didn’t fade the next day. For several days afterward, my body felt more mobile, balanced, and aligned, especially in my shoulders, hips, and back. I was able to move through my workouts and daily activities with less stiffness and more ease. Hadi is extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, and intentional with her work. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for real, lasting improvement and relaxation!

Today I was seen by Hadi and she was phenomenal! I've had many massages throughout the years and my massage with Hadi was amazing. She really took the time to sense exactly what my body needed and worked out all of the tight spots. I loved how intentional the massage was and how she didn't rush through the tension. I was in desperate need of a massage and was thankful I came across an opening at Subliminal. I had never been there, but based on the positive reviews, I decided to give them a shot. WOW, I’m glad I did! Jeneca was wonderful. She took the time prior to my appointment to understand my needs and executed with precision. The pressure applied was perfect and the techniques she used really did the trick. You could tell she cared about the quality of work she provided, and I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and my body with less tightness and pain. I’m a few days out now and still feel great! Had my first visit to Subliminal Massage today with Jeneca. It’s a great space and the room is very calming. I had let her know some concerns I was having ahead of time, we talked through some things and she performed a very thorough massage, focusing a lot of attention on what I told her as well as finding new things that were contributing to my issues. I left feeling relief and some exercises to try to see if it helps. Looking forward to going back, if one session can do this much, can’t wait to see what more will accomplish.

The room was warm, calm, and inviting with candles and soft music playing. Jenaca took the time to understand my issues and work with me to fix it, all while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. She really listened and cared. She gave me advice and suggestions on how to feel better and prevent this back pain in the future. Jenaca is very knowledgeable about the body and shared that with me. I will definitely come back to see her!!
