I’m not very fashion-savvy when it comes to my appearance, but while visiting a friend I found myself in need of a haircut. She introduced me to Judy, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. All I told her was that I wanted the back very short and left the rest up to her. Judy is extremely knowledgeable about hair and took the time to understand my hair’s natural texture and behavior. She explained different ways I could style it for fun and clearly shared her ideas beforehand, giving me the chance to agree, give feedback, or make changes. She’s not a big chit-chat stylist, which I really appreciated. Instead, she focuses fully on her work and treats hair like an art form. Her work ethic is excellent, and you can truly feel that she’s not just doing hair for a living—she’s living

I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years and have yet to be disappointed. Shirin is my stylist and I absolutely adore her. She takes her time and you can see the high standards of care, thought and execution. She’s upfront about the process and outcome and never fails to impress me with final results. My hair is jet black and comes out a beautiful blonde every visit. My hair health is amazing as well. I get root to finish color, so I go about every 6-7 week for my root touch up. The other ladies there are also amazing stylist each time I go I watch them with their clients and they definitely all deliver great results.

I wouldn’t recommend Vanessa. She left my service midway for her team to complete the rest. On expressing dissatisfaction, she didn’t even bother to come to us to listen or to offer remedies. The team didn’t have an answer as well since they didn’t begin the service. Horrific experience. People should save their time and money by not coming here as there is no sense of providing good customer experience, let alone quality services.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon with Vanessa. She arrived late to our appointment because she didn’t even know she had one—a clear sign of a flawed and disorganized booking system. From the moment I sat in her chair, Vanessa was not warm or welcoming. She barely engaged with me, making the whole experience unpleasant. However, the moment her regular client walked in, her whole demeanor changed—she became friendly, bubbly, and gave that client her full attention. Vanessa completely damaged my hair. It felt dry, brittle, and straw-like after she was done. The color job was a disaster—patchy, not blended at all, with obvious brush marks and roots that looked marked and unfinished. Vanessa is extremely unprofessional. Although she gave me a decent haircut (I’ve had way nicer hair cuts elsewhere), the hair colour was beyond horrible!!!! An utter waste of $350. Would not recommend this place even if urgent.
