Step Your Barber Up

My son was super excited to visit Buff due to the Instagram hype and a referral. Unfortunately, it went downhill from the time we entered the shop. First, my son is a new client, we walk in let him know we there for our appointment. No hello, no welcome to my shop, no engagement at all, barely looked up. Just sit take a seat. My son paid the $15.00 appointment fee for the Boy's Cut 17 and Younger ($30). The website states this includes shampoo, cut down, shape up. No shampoo, no cut down, just a front taper. After sitting in the chair no engagement at all. My son showed him a picture, based on the picture you would think there would be some conversation around exactly what he was looking for. If you're looking for great vibes, excellent customer service, and all around A1 talent!, This is the place to go. When I first started my journey with short hair Buff was my go to! He didn't let me down at all! Everytime I sit in his chair I know I will leave with a sharp cut! One of the best around! Book early with him because he fills up fast! I highly suggest him! If you happen to go , tell him Jessica sent you!

Tried calling the number on the website, but phone wouldn’t ring and voicemail was not set up. That’s my only complaint to be honest— I decided to go in anyway (7:30AM) since the reviews were good. I had to wait a little while because I didn’t know this spot is appointment-based as opposed to walk in, but as soon as Buff had an opening he fit me into his schedule. I’m very happy with the cut though: got a comb over fade with a hard part, good detail on the beard and the shape up was crisp— he’s nice with the blade! Good boom bap playing the entire time, too. Chill vibe, cool artwork on the walls. I’ll be back for sure.

50$ for my husband's haircut but I paid 80$ bc I thought it looked really nice however when I looked closer after we left turns out his fade AND BEARD were uneven (which i fixed when we got home) even after asking him to just line up the beard no length taken off. HE PRACTICALLY LEFT WITH HALF A BEARD. We were the first customers so there's no reason it should've been rushed even with 2 people waiting behind us. When you come to a barber shop with just one person cutting hair, expect a wait. That's the name of the game. First come first serve, yeah? Beyond that, the barber had his baby with him and had to stop a couple times to tend to said baby. Not his fault obviously, seemed like it was difficult for the guy to focus on cutting my man's hair right as he kept going on about his rap "care

I feel obligated to give a lengthy review for this place. I will start by saying that for a long time I didn't care where I got my haircut or who did it, a cut was a cut. Nowadays, I definitely appreciate a good cut, but I still hadn't found the right shop/barber, until now. Seriously, as soon as I walked through the door I already knew this was the spot and my dude Kyle did his thing. I'm SOLD!
