0/10. Do NOOOTTT recommend. It sucks that within the small town of Seaford that i constantly have to seek a hairdresser outside of town/state to just get a simple trim. I asked to get a trim and not only did i end up with a cut, but my hair was almost damaged.. had i not told the lady to just stop. My hair went from mid back length to almost a bob. SUPER unsatisfied and it’s not just the hair dressers fault. It’s due to the lack of diversity in naturally curly hair that is anything other than type 3A hair. Hopefully the company will find someone who is willing and able to properly handle all hair textures when it comes to a simple wash, blow dry, style, and trim

Ez moraleda is phenomenal. She does a great cut. She takes her time with you. She's just awesome. I'm coming all the way from Bowie Maryland to get my haircut in Seaford. Delaware.

My stylist was Summer and she did an amazing job. The happiest I have ever been after a hair service, I am overjoyed with my haircut! She was so kind and gave me exactly what I wanted. I have always had an amazing experience at Cost Cutters.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I brought my two year old son in and we both got haircuts. They were so great with him, telling them how good he was doing sitting still, talking to him, telling them what they did as they did it, etc. I’m not sure who the girl was that did his hair but she had braces and an accent. She was super sweet! Olivia cut my hair and she did absolutely phenomenal!! My hair was damaged and she could tell I was a little bit nervous about getting my haircut so she made sure to ask as many questions as possible and recommended products to me that weren’t going to break the bank. I had the best time ever here and would 10/10 go again !!

My hair was very long, like down to my butt, hadn't had it cut in years, and I'm so happy I came to cost cutters. Olivia cut my hair and did an amazing job. She cut a piece to the length I asked for, and showed me to make sure it was short enough before continuing to the rest of my hair. She even asked if I wanted to save some of my hair, which I didn't even think about until she asked so I was like heck yea. I would love to. I will definitely be coming back for all my future hair cuts.
