I do a lot of crafts for many hours at time. I have had others stretch or give me meds to try to take the pain down. Jordan has this ability to take extreme pain in my shoulder down 80%. I am not giving up doing crafts. He even tells you what you are doing with your body to create the problem and what you can do to stop increasing more damage to your body. Also, my foot that had surgery flared up and he settled it down.
