Pristine Nails and Spa

My daughters had their nails done here today. For starters- Every time they come it’s a different price depending on who is performing the service. As you can tell from the inspiration pic and the actual picture- the shaping (of both sets) is terrible. The nail lengths were much longer before being filed down to nothing by the the end. My younger daughter’s nails (in blue with more design ) were $75 and the polka dots were $80. Charging $25 extra for chrome (a powder that is rubbed onto the polish that the entire jar costs less than $15) and a “design” that was just dots when the entire full set is $50 makes no sense. I came here after a day of work and got there best foot service. This place atmosphere is AMAZING!! By far one of the best nail salons I have been in and I love that they had Christian music playing when I came in ♥️ the person that did my feet was amazing ! And she really took her time while doing them. I did have to come back to get my big toe fixed due to me chipping it … I’m not sure how but it was a easy fix and they weren’t upset with getting it fixed for me ! And the lady that fixed it was really nice as well and she made sure everything was fine. Even though I live in NC and I’m only here for work I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to be your next visit . I will be visiting again before I leave to get my nails done 🥹

I have been coming to Pristine Nails for a couple years now. All of the ladies are amazing, the atmosphere is always upbeat, and the facility is always clean! While I usually see Sy, she was out sick and they still made time for me to be seen by Tatiana who did a fabulous job on my nails! Always a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ place!!

I had really high hopes for this nail salon due to the stellar reviews, however my experience left me disappointed. My tech was very nice, but I feel like she rushed. My cuticles are flooded and there was gel left on my fingertips that I had to peel off. Also, my tech was on her phone for all of my pedicure, which didn’t feel very hygienic or professional. I love the color I chose but there are blue splotches on my nails, as shown in the picture. I’m very disappointed especially considering the fact that I paid $80+ for this service :(

Update*** I received a text from the manager, apologizing for the service I had received. I was offered the manicure I had originally requested, free of charge. I decided to give this salan another shot and I'm glad I did! Angie, the nail tech assigned to me was wonderful...she was very pleasant, patient and attentive, and her work on my nails came out amazing. I actually booked my next appointment with her I was that impressed. She took her time doing my nails and she even stayed after hours to complete them. I couldn't have asked for better. Unfortunately she was not working when I came back next, and agreed to another tech working on my nails. I had originally came in
