Best approach to get served is to make an online appointment. Walk-ins get in after a LONG wait. Pro, you will get a hair cut! Con, they will make you wait way over your time even though they finish customers who were previously served ahead of their time! We have waited 1.5hr. When we were next in line “on deck” status, we waited additional 10 min even though the customer before us left 11 min early! Yes we should’ve left or come back with an online appointment but we had no time that week. This walk-in could have been handled much better instead of the employee taking constant 10 to 15 min break between each customer! In the 1.5 hrs 4 customers were served between 2 employees!

I had a disappointing experience with Taylor. Although she appears confident in her skills, the actual service didn’t reflect that. I’d recommend requesting a different stylist.

I take my Daugther and Son all the time here for hair cuts, they are super professional and the place is clean and tidy always, waiting time is not long and you can see on at screen who is in line so you can have a real expectation about it.
