The young woman answering the phone at Black Forest Lodge on Big Bear Blvd. in Big Bear Lake is one one the rudest receptionists I have ever talked to in my life! I used to go to the Black Forest Salon when a lovely Korean family owned the business. I had heard there were new owners, and noticed there was an OPEN neon sign in the window! She could not comprehend my question, and rudely stated that she had already answered my question. I am a highly educated, honored woman in education in Los Angeles County. Family has owned properties her since 1957! She needs training and discipline!
We love love love coming here with our 2 daughters, BUT rooms need attention to detail, we had ants in one cabin, found someone's eyelashes on nightstand.
