Soothing Canna Massage & Wellness

I’ve had numerous massages before….this was up there as top 5. Ambiance at her center was super relaxing. The service was excellent. The massage itself was fantastic. Some masseuse just rub and squeeze…which feels great but doesn’t actually do the body anything. Selia, however, combines different massage techniques to really get down to the muscles and work it! It reminds me of a PT working with their clients. She knows how to stretch you along the way and at one point i almost felt like she was draining my lymphs in my arms. It was great. Very strong hands, great techniques, lovely ambiance. Will book again next time I’m in town.

I didn't know what to expect but saw what I was missing. The experience was a cosmic influence not only on my body along with my mind. The coupling of a healing sound bath with precious bowls resonating sound all around my body is something I never knew about but now see that it is needed. As a practitioner Selia has the most experience and healing touch that I will drive up the mountain solely for again. Knowing all the triggerpoints and target to soothe she is what I've been looking for. I have gone to local massage shops at the base of the mountain and either left disappointed or hurt. She is very transparent and has the strength to acclimate my body out of chaos tightness cramping and overall hurt back into revival. The products used I learned she has made also are worthwhile the trip

Had a couples massage and it was great. Was given champagne, strawberries, a bath bomb and a love candle. Selia had to do a light massage due to the tenderness of my body and it felt amazing. Would definitely do it again.

AN ABSOLUTE MUST BIG BEAR EXPERIENCE!! We had an amazing massage and experience with Soothing Canna Massage. They were able to travel to our Airbnb and provide a gorgeous massage under the pines, immersed in nature. Selia helped me arrange 3 back to back massages and a sound bath with my friends. While one was massaged, the others relaxed in the hot tub or read in the sun. To me, to receive an outstanding massage while being serenaded by the birds and nature sounds beat out any experience than you could get in any luxury spa in the world. Following the massage, everyone in my group said they felt so relaxed they were like “new babies” and that it was one of the best or the best massages they had ever had.
