We called on a Sunday for same day appointment for 7 people and they were not only accommodating but they were very friendly and the massage was A+ and I’ve experienced many massages at many places including top notch spas and I must say this might have been the best massage I’ve had yet. I will definitely return when I visit big bear and I highly recommend you give them a try. The ambiance was amazing, the facilities were clean, the beds were heated, essential oils used. Highly recommend

We had the most amazing experience at Altitudes Massage and Spa for our couples massage! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff greeted us so warmly and made us feel incredibly special. We were welcomed with a rose 🌹 , champagne,🍾 and the most delicious chocolate-covered strawberries 🍓 such a thoughtful and romantic touch that set the tone for the whole experience. Booking with Kathy was completely seamless, and everything from start to finish felt effortless and well organized. The massage room was beautiful and so calm the perfect atmosphere to truly relax. Irene and Ann were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to thoroughly explain the massage and what to expect, which made us feel comfortable and cared for. It ended up being the best massage we’ve ever had, and we left

What a beautiful place and a wonderful experience I had here at Altitudes massage and spa! Extremely cozy, beautiful ambience with little fireplaces, beautiful decorations, and lovely furniture & scents. When I first walked in, I was greeting with big smiles and a glass of champagne. I booked a customized facial with a personalized peel. My aesthetician was Kerri did a fantastic job on me! Beautiful music playing in the background, my little bed was covered in a very plush blanket and it was heated. She adjusted my bed at the perfect angle and put just the right amount of pressure when she massaged my head, neck and arms and applied all the scrubs and creams for my facial with expert pressure and finesse. Very, very clean premises and an absolutely fabulous experience. Pretty fair prices

Booked a couples massage for my birthday and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. Angelina and Kerri were the ones who worked on us and their professionalism, friendliness, competence and sheer skill absolutely blew us away. Considering the fact that we have been coming here on and off for years and it keeps getting better every time. Highly recommend

This place was amazing! My fiancé and I came in to relax our sore vacation muscles, and they were able to fit us in the same day. Everyone was so kind and easy to talk to. Our massage therapists made sure we were comfortable the whole time. It was my fiancé’s first professional massage and he loved it! We both left feeling super relaxed. Definitely recommend!
