Love going here on our annual girls trip to Big Bear. We always book well in advance to make sure we have a spot! The spa interior is inviting and staff really friendly. Love the body wrap treatments.

Staff is very nice and helpful. I had both a facial and a massage. You will start off by getting changed into a fitted towel, robe and slippers. These are all provided for you as well as a locker to place your things. You will take the key with you to each session. The facial was relaxing and (I believe her name was Linda) did an amazing job explaining what she was doing while completing the facial. The massage was excellent as well. Definitely worth a stop by if you’re in the area.

I got a haircut and Rhonda was fantastic. I have layered, wavy hair, which can be tricky to cut just right. Rhonda asked questions and we discussed what I wanted and how I like to do my hair. The result was probably one of the best cuts I've had. I love it!

I’ve been receiving red light therapy treatments weekly for about a month. Using the contour setting, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in cellulite, more definition in my abdominal area and my “muffin top” is almost completely gone. It’s a very relaxing treatment. I highly recommend

I am grateful that Karina was able to fit me in last minute for a pedicure on a Sunday morning. My regular place in Los Angeles closed and I've had a hard time finding a good spot. I thought to myself, "Why don't I just go to Elevations when I'm in Big Bear?" Thank goodness I did! Karina did a wonderful job and from now on, I'm scheduling my nail appointments for the weekends I'm up the hill!
