I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a massage service I received at your establishment. I booked and paid for a one-hour massage session. However, the therapist appeared to lack basic massage skills and did not seem to understand where or how to perform a proper massage. During the session, she finished early and repeatedly asked me where she should massage, which was unprofessional and not consistent with a paid one-hour service. Additionally, I paid $100 in cash for the session. Without asking for my consent or informing me in advance, the therapist kept $30 as a tip before the massage was completed. This is unacceptable. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I came back because my massage with Coco was fantastic. Cindy was sweet but her techniques were choppy, stretches were forced, which made me tense up, she answered the phone during my massage, she reached inside my underwear at one point, and draping was very exposing, and I currently have bruises on my low back that weren't there before. I was a medical massage therapist for 15 years. This experience made me feel very unsettled. I felt like I was being basted with oil and slapped around, honestly. I went in expecting a professional massage. During the session, the therapist removed my towel without consent, touched me inappropriately, and offered sexual services. I clearly declined. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Professional, great massage. I'm okay with being stretched and rubbed with pressure. To me a massage is not just a hand ran across your skin lightly. I am OK with Thai style massage. I want my muscles kneaded, otherwise, why get a massage. IMO
