I took my son there Wednesday morning before school to get a haircut for picture day and the lady who cut his hair was very nice and very kind she didn't amazing job on his hair and my son really likes his haircut.

Depends on who you get. I went in for a beard trim and fade, showed a picture, and clearly explained: 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm fade on top and do not touch the bottom of the chin and jaw area. The first thing done was trimming the bottom, which ruined the look. The stylist admitted she wasn’t sure but she could try. honestly, I should have left, but I had an urgent event and trusted them. She even struggled to bill me. What made it worse was the argument afterward. Another stylist, Jamie, said I should know guard lengths and that they don’t understand millimeters. That’s unreasonable. very brand has different guards, and that’s why customers rely on professionals. Showing a picture should be enough. A simple apology would have been fine, but instead, I was argued with, which is very disappointin

Bad hair day had prompted my hair stylist & her boss to turn me away today because my hair is supposedly matted. Unbelievable! I have been going there for years for wash and cuts. No fuss hair do. .Here is a story. Last October Prima was shaking her head in disbelief brushing my hair and muttered the words “it’s dry.” I 🤐 figured she had a bad day. I tipped her real good amount of tip$ for her trouble to untangle my mane. On that same day Prima never told that she cannot work on my hair if it’s tangled. This is the question that’s she refused to answer me today. Why didn’t you turn me away in the first place?? 🤐 She and her boss knew my hair tends to get frizzy. Completely messed up by BRENDA! No proper communication. She is not even aware of the dimensions of the blades of which is longer and shorter. That’s scary. This was my 2nd time getting my hair cut here, my 1st visit, had my hair cut by Jamie and I loved the cut. 2nd visit I had my hair cut by Roxanne and she did an absolutely horrible chop job on my hair. I’m a licensed cosmetologist, I know how to cut hair but don’t enjoy cutting my own. Roxanne told me she had been cutting hair for 35 years so I placed my trust in her to do a decent job, but I got a cut that looks like it was done by someone who had never even cut hair before. There’s chunks of my hair that weren’t cut, it’s uneven, doesn’t lay well and is incredibly hard to style and make look halfway decent. Not to mention my bangs are uneven and she cut into my hairline. I would have loved to show Roxanne in person what I’m talking about, but she was in the middle of a men’s haircut when
