Such a unique place! Sure it’s a makerspace, but it’s so much more!! They have all kinds of clubs and events and workshops! It’s really a place to find community and make friends.

wish i could give 10 stars out of 5. love the community. Ben the owner is awesome and always lets me use their printer scanner. very unique place, neurodivergent friendly, and a great place for artists, creatives, techies, and people of all kinds.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my daughter’s 3rd birthday party at The Social Medium in Woodland Hills, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out. From the get-go, the staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that all our needs and special requests were met with enthusiasm and professionalism. A special shoutout to Ben, who went above and beyond to get creative with the activities offered. He tailored the entertainment to perfectly suit a lively group, keeping them engaged and delighted throughout the party. I highly recommend The Social Medium my daughter’s 3rd birthday unforgettable!

Nicely equipped maker space with a wide variety of activities. A mix of general public hours and theme focused club nights. Friendly and helpful staff who are able to guide you with your projects. Open and welcoming to all. Has snacks and drinks available to help you power through when you're just not ready to stop working on your project.

It’s an amazing space that provides recourses for people to work on projects and learn how to create things with fellow creatives! There tends to be the same familiar faces (regulars and staff) each time you go, so it’s also a community space! Perfect for all types of nerds and very LGBT friendly!
