The staff are friendly and professional, and they really take the time to listen to what you want. My stylist was very skilled and detail-oriented. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The haircut and styling turned out even better than I expected — I received many compliments afterwards! On Friday June 9, 2023, me (male) and my two friends (females) wanted to go into this store to simply ask them a question during a time when it was open according to their sign. When we started walking toward the entrance, the lady doing someone’s nails visibly instructed the other female employee to close the door on us. So the female employee locked the door before we got to it and held it closed. We tried to communicate with them but the glass was soundproof. The lady behind the door muffled a few words to us that we couldn’t hear while the lady doing the nails gave us very clear dirty looks. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
