I've visited this store three times, and every time, I was lucky enough to be helped by Ms. Hedieh (heid) , I think she is the store manager, and she is absolutely amazing. Every single time, her approach has been incredibly respectful, attentive, and friendly. She seems to be highly skilled at what she does and takes the time to assist customers with patience and great care. Her hard work and professional management are truly noticeable throughout the store. I highly recommend this store because it has an outstanding manager who makes the shopping experience incredibly enjoyable!Tr

Always liked Sally's but during the past year, they seem to have fewer options so I've opted to order products online. The people are always nice however they tend to close before posted times on more than one occasion. I arrived about 45 mins before closing, door locked and two young women inside despite 45 prior posted closing hours...ignored me. I went back to my car and saw them giggling as they left and locked up. Fine, but if you are going to close significantly earlier, post accurate hours so customers don't arrive to find you closed or dipping out early. I have not been back but would go there for certain items.

Jilian is amazing! She truly saved my hair and knows her stuff. I actually met her at the Starbucks next door, and I’m so glad I did. Everyone at this Sally’s location is fantastic! Julian also offers home services, which is such a bonus. Highly recommend! ❤️❤️

I am happy to say I had a good customer experience here. They had everything I needed and the staff were knowledgeable with a kind/friendly demeanor. They have also expanded their men's products so you can go in with your significant other(if you swing that way) instead of waiting outside, which I see every single time I go there😂. They also are trying to enforce correct social distancing with arrows one the floor and reminders when in line to keep proper distancing. If the dye I got works better than my old method this will be my go to place from now on. Support local businesses and go get the tools to get all shnazzed up!
