So Relax

I had a really great experience at this spa. The environment is very clean and relaxing. Once I walked in, I already felt calm. The head treatment was amazing. The staff was very professional and gentle. They checked my scalp condition first and explained everything clearly. During the massage, I felt so comfortable and almost fell asleep. My scalp feels much lighter and my hair feels softer after the treatment. The pressure was just right, not too strong and not too light. I also like the smell of the products they used. It feels very high quality. I will definitely come back again and recommend this place to my friends. If you are stressed or tired, this is really a good place to relax.

This spa was extremely disappointing and misleading. Before visiting, I called to clarify their Valentine’s Day promotion since they had just recently had their soft opening. I spoke to a staff member who explained that their “Top Picks” service — The Face & Flow Escape (90 minutes) — was originally $140, discounted to $115, and that there was an additional Valentine’s promo of 5% off for solo bookings or 10% off for duos (valid February 1–28). Based on that information, the total should have been $103.50 after the 10% discount. I confirmed the pricing multiple times on the phone. I honestly didn’t expect much at first, but this place turned out to be such a nice surprise. The space is clean, calm, and not overly fancy, just comfortable and relaxing. I came in mainly because my shoulders and neck were really tight from stress and long hours of sitting. The therapist was very patient and asked where I felt the most tension. The pressure was strong but still comfortable, and I could actually feel the knots slowly loosening. By the end of the session, my body felt so much lighter. I also did a facial, and my skin felt super hydrated and smooth afterwards. It wasn’t rushed, and the whole process felt very thorough. New location. So clean. So respectful of my problem areas. I was running late. And after my appointment I realized they adjusted my appointment time to make sure I still got the full time that I paid for. I really appreciate that
