Had 4 mani/pedi’s & paid $180 for a 10-15min pedi…if that No foot soak No callus removal No cleaning under nails A 1 minute foot/leg massage, if that First kid pedi was less than 10mins Second kid was in pedi for 30 minutes Feet & hands VERY dry! No price sheet in salon or a website to check into. Completely rushed! Online said appointments not needed. Walked in and they asked for my appointment time. If you couldn’t accommodate us then say it!!!! What a waste of $$ I definitely should not have tipped! Went to take a picture of all our hands/feet and realized how bad our feet still were. Paid $60/$70 for mani/pedi for what?!

I have been going to Smiley nails since they opened. Their services are very affordable. They always been very welcoming and the nail technicians are skilled and professional. The atmosphere is light, pretty and well maintained. Go pay a visit, I’m sure you’ll find it very pleasant and will be happy with whatever service you choose!

I’ve given this nail salon multiple chances, but every time, I leave disappointed. The service here is seriously lacking. When getting a pedicure, it feels like the staff barely even want to touch my feet, rushing through the process with no attention to detail. And don’t even get me started on the attitude—rude, unwelcoming, and completely unprofessional. The only person I’ll excuse is the owner (or the tall gentleman who seems to be managing the front), as he at least seems to care. But the rest of the staff? They act like they don’t want to be there, and it shows in their work. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers. I won’t be coming back!

Been going there for years, even back in the Park Ridge location, but today was a miss. Went in for a pedicure. From start to finish 30min. Service was ok, but pedi needs cleanup big time.

I've been going to Smiley Nails for about 9 months. Overall, I'm happy with the results. It's a very clean and modern salon. It is never overcrowded (at least when I'm there), which is very nice and allows for me to relax. There is no unpleasant smells, which sometimes could be overpowering at other nail salons. The atmosphere is a hit or miss, depending on who's there. There are a few technicians who are very warm, friendly, and make me feel like I'm welcomed there. Yet many of the technicians do not smile or stay engaged no matter how much I try to strike a friendly conversation. I do understand that they need to focus on work, but it would truly make a difference if they simply would say "hello, how are you?" and "take care, it was good to see you again, see you next time!" and mean it
