I really like this place! It’s so much closer for me than the one in Melrose Park. The staff at the Mount Prospect Sam’s Beauty Warehouse are incredibly kind and helpful. If you are African American, ask for Vernae — she is AMAZING! She’s very knowledgeable about Black hair, answers all your questions, and helps you find exactly what you need. She helped me pick the right hair types and products with so much patience. Briana, Julie and Alejandra were also wonderful at the register. They quickly ordered the items I couldn’t find on the shelf and had them ready within 5–10 minutes. Thank you, Mount Prospect Sam’s Beauty Warehouse, for having such helpful employees! Highly recommend!

First time here today with my mom. Absolutely loved the selection of wigs they had. Staff was very helpful and attentive most specially Victor. He was very kind to my mom who has undergone chemo and he answered all her questions with such grace. Would highly recommend!

First time here & all I can say is Yes, yes, yes! They have variety of items from hair, nails, & even wigs at a very good price! They even have a selection for your little girls! My baby loved it as much as I did . Customer service was a 10/10, Victor was very nice & attentive. Thank you Victor for welcoming us we will be back!
