Waxing the City

I’ve gone several times now and have had services done by Marisela; brow wax, brow tint, lip wax and hand/foot hydrating masks. After coming 2 times joined Club Orange which gave me a discount on services which lets me experience a new service if I so desire. Marisela is so calm, refreshing, and soothing just what I need to complete my pampering experience. Keep up the good work!

Great experience at Wax in the City in Mount Prospect/Evanston! Carol was professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She did an amazing job and was very attentive. Rebecca was also very welcoming and friendly when I arrived and when I finished. Highly recommend!

This was my very first time at waxing the city. The store was so clean and I was greeted the moment I walked in. I worked with Marisela and she was the sweetest. She talked me through everything and was very gentle. Will definitely be coming back soon! 😁

Maria is truly the best. She is always so kind, friendly, and helpful, and she continually checks in throughout the entire process to make sure I’m doing okay. She really knows her stuff and somehow manages to make even the most uncomfortable situations feel completely comfortable. Being in her chair feels less like an appointment and more like catching up with an old friend, which makes the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. On top of that, she is amazing at eyebrows. Since I started going to her her, I’ve received nothing but compliments. I honestly couldn’t imagine going to anyone else—Maria is a total gem and I highly recommend her.
