Enlightenment Massage

First timer here of a shiatsu massage and will definitely be coming back. Anna really knew how to use focused pressure and stretching in a way that feels intentional and super effective. The session felt calm and steady, there was no rushing. She used methods to release tension in my hips, lower back and shoulders, which were very tight. Anna is genuinely skilled at shiatsu and gives a therapeutic experience that actually makes a difference. Her studio is quaint with soft music playing to relax you. I’d definitely recommend Anna

Anna was attentive to my needs prior to my massage, asking how my body felt. I explained the chronic pain in my shoulder blades. She assured me she could work on that. I’ve had many massages but this was by far the most amazing. I left feeling tranquil. My body never felt so relaxed, every movement performed felt amazing. I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed, without pain in shoulder blades or anywhere. I look forward going back soon!

I’m bad about leaving reviews sometimes, but I must share my experience with Enlightenment Massage. I have had a lot of massages in my life, but this was the best I’ve ever had, and I would never just say that. Most therapist focus on certain muscles while you lay on your back and your stomach. Anna goes way beyond that. She uses stretching and massaging in conjunction and doesn’t miss a spot. I had a lot of hip issues from work, and she did an amazing job at focusing at all the muscles that were the root of the problem. The session was long, and I was expecting it to end as past massages I have had, but no, Anna was dedicated to covering every muscle in my body.
