Skrilla's Barbering & Cosmetology

Needed a last minute haircut for my 1 1/2 year old son. Not only did Phill do a good job on his hair, he was extremely patient and wanted to finish when he started to get tired and crying continuously moving. I highly recommend going to him if you ever need a cut.

Don’t go here unless you wanna get bitten by a dog. As soon as I walked in dude‘s dog bit my foot and I couldn’t let him go until the owner had said something about it and the dog had let go.

Pepper Cuts is right here on E14th Street, or International Blvd if you prefer, which you would drive right by because it looks so cluttered on the block, especially with all the roadwork being done around it. The barber Mike, was fast and efficient. My two grandsons, ages 3 and 7, like it because now there is a place they can go to, that has pictures posted of the type of haircuts they can get. It's close to my house and the kids say they want to go back, which is REALLY important, they're the ones getting their hair cut, they are the client.😀

Ray (Chapo) of Pepper Cuts barber shop is Hands down the best barber in Oakland!! Being female and from the East Coast, I was skeptical and nervous about cheating on my barber back home, LOL. But Ray was professional, friendly, and on point with his clippers and straight blade. I couldn’t have asked for a better West Coast barbershop experience.
