Wouldn't return a product I purchased online through Sephora. They will only takes returns that were originally purchased at a "Kohl's" Sephora store. Lame!
The Sephora has such a limited selection, you may as well not bother at all (unless you specifically want what they have). I only saw foundation on one display, just a few brands. I asked about Haus and she looked at me like she had no idea. I hope, because I think it's opened recently, they'll have more products later. What a huge disappointment. Just go to Walmart lol
Poor customer service, not polite.
I don’t know why they even have this location. They don’t have anything there. Everytime I have tried to go there I can’t find a single thing I’m looking for.
It's so small. There's not much of a selection and mostly everything was out of stock. The girl working the register was not personable and was rude.
