Decent kids haircut but they definitely need help in that area. Around the ears, neck, bang trimming all missed or messed up a bit. Simple walk in last minute so it's not a huge deal but probably won't be back. Hairdresser was SUPER nice and friendly though, so there is that!! We loved her.

I absolutely LOVE this salon!!! I have been a regular here since 2011 and they just get better and better!!!! Lauren does my hair and I always feel like a total knockout when she is done. She is so kind, genuine, and takes good care of me when I come in. I love our chats and the fact that she treats me as a valued person, not just a customer. Angie is also so warm and friendly when I arrive and when she answers the phone. She always offers me a drink the second I arrive and she is a refreshing start to every appointment. Aside from the amazing customer service, all of the ladies are also very knowledgeable about the products and as a result I exclusively buy all of my hair products from this salon.

Went there 3 times- first two times i had a pretty good expirience. Nothing exceptionally good or bad. Most recent time (summer 2023) i brought in a photo and the lady working with me (i believe her name was Amber) ignored it and simply butchered my hair. I understand that styling it might help a little, but 1: it's not what i asked for and 2: no haircut should look THAT BAD unstyled. Very disapointed. I went back in to try to fix it but we had to wait it out or cut it ALL off. No refund offered at all. 6 months later i had a friend help me trim most of the bad edges off. A year later and it's still a little uneven. I hid it with headbands for months. Sadly won't be returning. I could have done a better job myself with kitchen scissors and a bathroom mirror.

Let me just say I've got hair cuts there that were great, and this recent haircut that I needed to book last minute was a nightmare. I asked for a fade and to keep the top long because I'm growing my hair out. Heather.. shaved up to a mid fade with no guard and that's it. She didn't blend at all and then tried charging me 35$. This took her 7 minutes to do. Will never go back to Heather... but i have received a great cut here. I will have yo blend it myself and that's unacceptable.
