I stopped by today to check out the store and restock on my favorite scents, plus find some new ones and wanted to give an appreciative shout out to employee Ashleigha, who was super helpful and friendly! She helped me find the familiar scents I was looking for, was greeting and helping everyone that came into the store and was just a very kind and welcoming with all the store's guests and definitely deserves some positive recognition for being great with customers! Found some amazing lotions, as always and was very grateful for the positive interaction within the store!

To busy seemed disorganized and staff not helpful or friendly. What happened to those sweet people who greeted you and asked if you needed help while they were fixing shelves and the place was less crowded and clean. Dumping the glass plug-ins in the bins at this visit! Not a smile on the staff. I asked a question and got a very short answer. Took me forever to find the 5 small items I bought. It was seriously overwhelming with too much stuff! Haven't been in this store for a while and don't need to go back. 🙃

Disappointed free product coupon does not work on sale items and the one candle scent I needed does not come in a 1 wick. So spending all that money to be "rewarded" was pointless. More like punished Bath and Body do better.

Ordered candles online for in store pickup at Tanger. They filled my order so fast! It was packaged beautifully w a hand written note attached! This is the best Bath and Bodywork’s store! They have amazing customer service!!! Friendly efficient and the store is beautiful! Thanks ladies!!!
