SEPHORA at Kohl's

Sephora inside Kohl’s in Elk Grove carries most of the items that their regular stores have. It is very convenient if you're going to Kohl’s for shopping at the same time. The store looks clean and organized. Most of the skincare products are in stock. The salespersons in this store are helpful too. The parking lot is big and I never have a problem getting parking near the store.

Though they do not carry Philosophy, they have almost all major brands just like any other Sephora. I came here because the Ulta down the street didn’t have the fragrance I wanted in stock, but this Sephora did plus MUCH more. Helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t feel pressured to buy more. The convenience of having this inside Kohl’s is a plus.

I walked into this Sephora lost and confused and honestly frustrated after having an allergic reaction to a make up cleanser and was BLESSED to have Mehraj as my sales rep. It was pure divine intervention that he was my rep. He was the most knowledgeable, patient, and helpful customer service rep I have ever had in all my years of shopping. I normally don’t wear make up or have ANY skin problems so skin care lines are foreign to me. I initially drove to Elk Grove for a facial and it was canceled. I don’t live in the area but I am soooo glad I ended up here instead of there. Mehraj is absolutely in the correct field and I feel like this is his calling. He is simply amazing!
