Sandy Nails

Came here twice in one day to have my thumb “fixed” the gel polish keeps bubbling up and coming off of my acrylics. I came the next day because of the same issue (third time) today makes a week that I’ve had the nails, the polish lifted all the way on the same nail.

Rushed on everything. My nail weren’t done right and when I got eyelashes done my eyes kept watering. The lady was making it seem it was my fault and I had to take them off a few hours later. Before I took them off I looked at my waterline and the eyelash glue was on my waterline. They talked about me the whole time and I will not be back there. They advertise a free design if you spend over $30 in services and I didn’t even get to pick what was done. The lady did it while I was getting my eyelashes done so I didnt see what she did until after the coated it with clear polish. I’m happy I didn’t use the $50 promo. I wasted $57 coming to them.

According to the state board of cosmetology, you cannot use the same foul or buffer on different people you must dispose and use a new foul and new buffer for each client. This is a violation. This nail salon is violating because they think that us as people don’t know (which is true because I didn’t know no better until I got my license) but I am a license. Nail tech with my license in hand. I came here to get a pedicure and I seen that she was using a foul in a buffer that was previous use on a different client. She did not dispose it. She did not get a new one and she proceeded to try to use it on me, I stopped her from using it on me and asked her, Can she get a new one and she told me if I wanted a new one I had to purchase it which is not true. I really use to like Sandy but, it doesn't matter to them how long you been coming to them they nickel and dime you to death. Because you have Gel polish, she will charge you for taking it off??!! Make it make sense....in order to do the work you have to take the polish off....the Woman that did my pedicure did an excellent job but, somewhat complained about it the whole time!!, then she asked for a larger tip which I gave her.....not sure if I'll go back...
