Customer Reviews
As with many other reviewers, we made a reservation for 4 of us via phone AND through website. When we arrived, there was no reservation. There was no apology. I showed the confirmation, they didn’t care. It was for a bday- very sad way to do business. Don’t bother. We ended up going to Green Day Spa 10 minutes away- fabulous. Take your business elsewhere.
This isn’t the place anymore. Unprofessional. I had a full body massage and a feet massage that they have a deal for. They did not do the time, they did over 15 minutes less and than argued with me over it at the counter when it was time to pay. They had me in a room that was freezing. They did not do the foot professionally, in the chair, they try to do it on the table, which is not it. I literally left in a horrible mood. I don’t know if the massage people there are good people, but I wouldn’t let them touch you. Ugh, disappointing.
Last week, we made an appointment for 2 foot massages for today. When we went into Sam's business today, a man whom I believe is Sam seemed confused. Ultimately, he told us he hadn't recorded our appointments and we couldn't be seen. Sam didn't apologize or explain. This behavior is mentioned in at least one other review, so this is an existing problem. I told him that this was a disappointment and inconvenience, since we each driven from different towns some distance from his shop. We won't go back.
They do a decent job at the massage, but they seem very hungry for money. I tip them 25% ($10) but on a forty dollar massage they want a $20 tip. And I have been there a couple of times, and it’s the same situation. And then they start talking in mandarin in front of you about you. And you can tell they are saying mean things about you. I saw another lady walk out upset because of the same reason. I don’t think I am going back there again.
I would not recommend this place. I have been coming here for about 3 years now. Recently, Sam has been overbooking appointment on purpose and when you get to the place he pretends as if he did not book the appointment. This happened to me about a month ago and I accepted it as a one time mistake. Today again I called asked what time was available came 5 minutes before my appointment. As usual I was greeted by Sam asked to go into one of the room while I waited because it was 5 minutes before my appointment. He came back in and asked if I had made an appointment I showed him the outgoing call on my phone and said yes that’s why you asked me to come into the room. He said no he didn’t have any appointment. I was very disappointed and to my surprise when I was waking out there was a women si
