This was my 2nd experience at the Salt Den, my first being a session in the den and now a skin therapy facial. Both experiences were so relaxing and I left there feeling much better then when I went in. Great atmosphere and staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely going back.
We had a great time at the salt den in latham! It was so relaxing and clean and peaceful and the staff was very friendly. They were accommodating when the snow made us late. Worth the splurge of a private session!
My friends and I did the salt den, this was my first time. It was very relaxing and refreshing. I didn't notice any difference in my body as far as sinus drainage or reduced inflammation however I'm sure if I did the salt den on a monthly basis then I may see some results. Either way my experience was great and I would go back again.
Glenna was wonderful! Her intuitive approach was a true gift and helped me relax at the deepest level. Highly recommend!
Love this place!!! Have had a Reiki session & used the halotherapy cave both alone & during a sound bath. Im now excited for Reiki in the cave!!! This is a very cute place w/a good vibe!!!
