Salon Soleil is a fantastic salon! The owner, Kimberly Fegely, has been mine and my daughter’s hairstylist for almost 20 years. I followed her around Cherokee County and was so happy when she was able to open her own salon. She does amazing hair! She keeps the salon clean and tidy as well.
