I went in for a 90 minute prenatal massage yesterday. I wasn’t really sure what to expect other than some relaxation. Juliana was so kind, welcoming, and professional. She guided me through the entire process. I knew it felt good, but when I got up from the table, it hit me just how much better I was feeling. I was massage drunk! Although I didn’t think I felt “bad” before, I immediately felt lighter and like I was moving more freely, which says a lot when you’re nearly 37 weeks pregnant. Today I’m walking like I did pre-pregnancy - no waddles! I slept like a rock last night. I’m hooked. I will be a regular client for sure!

I’ve had a lot of trauma to my body between what I put it through on a daily basis and having been a law enforcement officer. I always have pain of some sort it seems and massages give me little relief typically. This was not a normal massage and not only was it absolutely incredible but she was able to tell me more about why my body felt as it did due to x,y,z. They believe in getting to the root cause of the issues not just pampering you. It was incredible as she read my body like a book. Her profound knowledge of the body and research they’ve done was fascinating and mind blowing. I can’t wait to go back as the passion they have for what they do in order for another to feel their best was truly inspirational and I feel like a million bucks.
