Caroline is THAT GIRL!!! I’ve been very interested in specifically lip filler and botox for a few years now but had no idea where to begin and was intimidated by the process. Finding this place was everything I could’ve ever wanted in my first time and I can proudly say I won’t be going anywhere else for injections. They take their time listening to what your concerns are, provide such a positive environment, and don’t try to push excessive services. That alone tells me they truly care about their patients and the quality of their services.

After trying several places, Prestige MedSpa is hands down the best place for skin rejuvenation. Sasha Milks is an artist! The staff here is truly passionate about helping you age gracefully.

Staff is warm, friendly, and professional. Easy scheduling, and got in and out with no wait. Facility is clean with an inviting atmosphere. I recently had a Botox treatment. They were great about explaining each step and made me comfortable. I was treated by Christine Dukes, FNP-C, Caroline Fuller Garrett, NP, and Kimberly O’Brien. I had no pain during the treatment or after. I am very happy with the results. They were excellent with follow up treatment. I highly recommend their services.
