I have been coming to see Katie for several degenerative disc in my neck. Which has caused severe tension in my neck, traps, back and arms. It has also caused migraines that shut me down. I enjoy being active at the gym. She has helped me get back to what I love and have full range of motion. The tension is almost gone and I haven’t had any migraines. Found NMT Sports online about 2 months after having bicep tendon surgery as well as several other procedures on my shoulder. Lisa immediately diagnosed all the issues I had related to the injury and recovery. Working along side Jason Hunter(PT) NMT has taken me from barely able to move my arm to competing full time in all the sports I play. Lisa is has created a great program, Katie has been an absolute Godsend on the massages. The progress made in 3+ months will never be available to you at a regular physical therapist!
