This location, with the ladies that work there are truly amazing! The customer service is great, the manager is super helpful and I have nothing bad to say about this location. Sally's actually hears the cutomers and that in itself is something that you don't see anymore. I wish my brain retained names better so I could personally list all the ladies that work in there. I have been shopping here in this particular location for over a decade at this point. And this store really does shine brighter than other stores because they value the customer, their service, and I hope one day more stores adopt this because this is rare in today's time.

totally disappointed with the treatment received, I just made my purchases there I asked for an accessory and although the language is difficult for me, I speak it and understand it and the manager says to the regular assistant "I think she doesn't understand" and my daughter tells her she does understand and without taking into account that I have been buying at Sally's for more than 18 years and I have a professional discount and they have the audacity to withdraw my bill and charge me everything at the regular price because at the moment I did not show a license when clearly my bill says so. it is a lack of respect and here you can only see racism and lack of education because I do not speak correctly but their ignorance is so great because like her, they do not know that I am as much o

I was looking for a very specific color for my hair. I rarely dye it and was very scared to put anything in my hair. The wonderful employees that were there looked up a bunch of color tones for myself and my sister in law. They were so amazing. We were there 9/26/24 at around 4pm. We did not get their names but I need to express how amazing they were. My color came out so incredible it was even better than I was hoping. They are amazing and I hope their managers see this! They are so awesome!

While I tend to have a somewhat decent experience going into Sally’s, half the time I’m met w/ no customer service or dull attitudes. Don’t get me wrong, some of the girls who work there can be really sweet. But there are some who act like they don’t care or don’t wanna work there. One particular one: Katie, just acts stuck up and rude most of the times I’ve encountered her, or she’ll just ignore you unless you’re checking out. As someone who used to work at a Sally’s, I find it disheartening that its current staffing isn’t making the efforts to maintain a welcoming and warm atmosphere for its clientele. I used to love going into Sally’s, now half the joy is taken out of it depending on who’s working there that day. Seaford can do better.

The place is typical Sally store with everything you may need. The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is because the lady that was in the register was smelling like smoking so bad and it was very uncomfortable. Also, she has a male friend there and they were so noisy and unattended to the customers that it wasn't the best customer experience. I will recommend to go on the week so perhaps other people is attending the store that actually is there working and not just chatting with friends. Otherwise, the merchandise and prices were ok.
